By focusing on rugby’s core values – community, passion, integrity, discipline, and respect – the Tel Aviv Heat has built a team culture dedicated to supporting players’ growth and development, giving them the freedom to express themselves, and providing opportunities for them to get the most out of the game and their time together.
Through word of mouth and sharing the Tel Aviv Heat’s journey on social media, players and fans alike have been drawn to our unique balance of skilled, strong, physical, attacking rugby on the pitch along with camaraderie, singing, and joyous adventure off the pitch.

And as the Tel Aviv Heat continues to grow and develop, so does rugby in Israel. Using the Heat as a foundation, Heat players and coaches contribute to Israeli rugby through leading youth clinics, integrating into Israeli clubs, serving in key roles that propelled Israel to the Maccabi gold medal in 7s and South Africa to the Maccabi gold medal in 15s, encompassing Israeli national team players within the Heat’s March 2022 South African Tour, and representing Israel in international 15s and 7s competitions.
